• Payment Information: We collect your payment information when you use Sabab's paid services. Without this information, we cannot process payments for Sabab.
• Prompts and Outputs: Our AI services receive text, documents, or other materials ("Prompts") and generate responses based on your Prompts ("Outputs"). If you include personal data in your Prompts, we will collect this information, which may be reproduced in the Outputs. However, Prompts and Outputs are subject to strict retention periods as outlined in Section 8 ("Data Retention"), and we take steps to anonymize them when using them for our own purposes.
• Feedback on our Services: We collect your feedback (as defined in our Terms of Service) and use it, with your permission, to train and improve our services.

Personal data we automatically receive from your use of the Services

Personal data we receive indirectly to train our models

Sabab may obtain personal data from third-party sources for the purpose of training our models.

• Authentication for using our Services
• Providing our personalized Services and customer support based on analyses of Prompts and other information users provide
• Communications and responses related to our Services
• Addressing conduct that violates our terms and conditions

  We may disclose personal data to government regulatory authorities as required by law. We may also disclose personal data in connection with claims, disputes, or litigation, when required by law, or if we determine it's necessary to protect the health and safety of you or others, to address fraud or credit risk, or to enforce our legal rights or contractual commitments.
• Based on individual consent
  Sabab will disclose personal data only when an individual gives Us permission or instructs Us to disclose this information.

4. Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law and where you reside, you may have some rights regarding your personal data. These potentially include:

  You may have the right to know about the personal data Sabab collects and processes, and its purposes.
• Access and data portability
  You may have the right to request a copy of the personal data Sabab processes about you.
• Deletion
  You may have the right to request the deletion of personal data collected and retained from you.

  You may have the right to request that Sabab correct inaccurate personal data it retains about you. If Outputs contain factually inaccurate personal data about you, you can submit a correction request. We will make every effort to correct this information, but due to the technical complexity of our large language models, it may not always be possible.
• Objection
  You may have the right to object to certain processing activities.
• Withdrawal of consent
  You may have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data.
• Sale and targeted advertising
  Sabab does not "sell" your personal data as defined by applicable laws and regulations. Sabab also does not engage in targeted advertising using your personal data.

We use cookies, or similar technologies, to manage the Services and collect information about your use of the Services. These technologies help Us recognize you, customize or personalize your experience, and make our Services more useful to you.
The following is a list of technologies we use and their descriptions:

  Used for app performance monitoring and usage analysis.
• Firebase Crashlytics
  Used to collect app crash reports and improve app stability and performance.
